Getting well and staying well is all about Active Health
A common misconception is that we don’t have to do anything very
active about staying well and healthy. Try leaving your
housework for a week or two, and see how untidy your whole life
becomes. Why should your health be any different? The
food we eat, the air we breathe, even the clothes we wear can all
potentially contribute to our becoming sick.
An unfortunate thing about health
is that when we have it, we really don’t know we have
it. Your health works in the background of your
existence. So it is not surprising that often we don’t know
we have lost it, until it is far too late and the severity of your
illness begins to threaten your life.
The really rotten thing is that all poisons make us feel good
to start off with. This means that we don't learn from
the experience, and go right on doing the very things, which made
us sick in the first instance. It also means that, we can be

and sells you something that will make you feel fantastic, they may
actually be selling something that will eventually make you sick.
As far back as 1955, the World Farming Summit in Rio declared
that 95% of all arable land was severely depleted of all it
nutrition. So what must it be like now?
Mothers are now giving birth to cretinous babies due to a lack
of adequate iodine in their diets. Osteoporosis and even
cancer may be due to a lack of Vitamin D – a deficiency contributed
to by the propaganda spread by the Cancer Council (note that they
don’t call it the anti-cancer council any more?). That is the
tip of the ice-berg.
